The thesis is devoted to establishing the conditions and characteristics of the formation of quantum dots (QDs) cadmium chalcogenides size ~ 2-3 nm in colloidal solutions and polymer films using aminecontain stabilizers establish the factors that determine the spectral photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescent properties of systems based on them. Found that the main factor that determines the possibility of obtaining QDs, is the formation of complexes between amine precursor PEI / GD and cations Cd (II) . It has been shown that QDs CdS, PEI stabilized in aqueous solutions, combining high resistance to consolidation by Ostwald ripening mechanism with the ability to experience the presence of impurities and hydrazinehydrate merkaptootstovoyi acid - "quantized" growth. First established phenomenon of the strong influence of temperature in the range 280-353 K for intense PL peak energy absorption QDs CdS, PEI stabilized in aqueous solutions and films. It is shown that these effects are related to the equilibrium processes of formation and dissociation of complexes between coordination-unsaturated ions Cd (II) on the surface of QDs with amine groups of the polymer and water molecules. For the first time the possibility of using QDs CdS and CdSe, PEI stabilized and GD as light-emitting components layouts electroluminescent diodes.
