Essay

Object - regularities of nonequilibrium crystallization of metallic materials. The aim - establishing of crystallization kinetics interrelation with materials tendency to amorphization and formation of metastable crystal phases and also with thermal resistance of metallic glasses structure. Methods - design-theoretical analysis of mass crystallization kinetics, Х-ray, differential thermal and resistmetric analyses. Quantitative values of two competitive mechanisms efficiency of metallic glasses crystallization with developed model use have been obtained. In alloys system Ce-Ag metastable nanocrystal bcc-phases which can be formed both under quenching from liquid state, and under amorphization foils heating have been experimentally revealed. It has been shown on the example of alloys La-Ga that resistance compare to the processes of melt crystallization and amorphous structures it is necessary to take into consideration the nature of crystallizable phase. Field -research in the domain of nonequilibrium phase transformation, development of production technologies of nanocrystal materials, educational.
