Essay

The peculiarities of formation and development of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic were investigated. The formation of the legal framework of cross-border cooperation and its institutional supportwas traced, identified and characterized its stages and features. Multi-task analysis of the Polish-Ukrainian cross-border economic cooperation, cooperation in the humanitarian sphere was made. Traced's European contacts between neighboring states with emphasis attention on the achievements of Polish-Ukrainian CBC on the example of Euroregion "Bug".
