Kostiuk O. Asymptotic behavior of characteristics of entire functions of order zero

In the thesis the relationship between the regular growth of Fourier coefficients of logarithm of an entire function of order zero and arguments of its zeros is investigated. Criteria for regular growth of logarithm of modulus and argument of entire functions of order zero are established. There are proved the criteria of strongly regular growth of entire functions of order zero in terms of Fourier coefficients of their logarithm and the distributions of zeros for arguments. There is established the connection between strongly regular growth of an entire function of order zero and regular growth of its basic characteristics.
