The thesis is sanctified to working of effective methodology of micropropagation of Magnolia kobus DC. taking into account her morphological and physiology features, what would give an opportunity for short space to provide отечественное nursery the mass, high-quality, healthy ornamental plants in considerable volumes. According to the result of researches the complete cycle of process is developed and technological chart of micropropagation, beginning from the selection and sterilization of explants and finishing by adaptation of regenerants according to conditions in vivo with the obtaining of ornamental plants in containers is offered. Scientifically grounded method of micropropagation of Magnolia kobus, the scheme plants regenerants adaptation and the principles of their introduction in to a container culture enable to reduce the term of obtaining initial ornamental plants in comparison with a traditional method for 1-1,5 years.
