Beilin P. Methodological and practical bases of development of enterpreneurship in the region

The object of research is the development of entrepreneurship in the region and its impact on the process of modernization of the regional economy; Objective: To study methodological and practical foundations of entrepreneurship in the regions of Ukraine in modern conditions; Methods: systemic-functional analysis and comparative evaluation of analogies, dynamic series of economic analysis, program design forecasting, methods of sociological research, econometric modeling, expert assessments, improved scientific approaches to determining the nature of business, the principles of its formation, the system of internal and external factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in the region, a software development approach entrepreneurship in the region, has evolved to use a functional approach to identify the role of business in development of the region, the study of foreign experience business development directions of the state policy of promoting entrepreneurship, identify and justify the role of venture capital in the development of entrepreneurship in the region, through business incubator and provide acceleration the modernization of the regional economy, the conceptual foundations of entrepreneurship in regional economic system based on the proactive type of respond to changes and provide consistent implementation steps for effective regulation of business; implementation: Parliamentary Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, Limited Liability EDAPS; Scope: regulation of business in the region.
