Essay

The object of investigation - the electrotechnical complex for well boring with the help of electric drill; the goal of this research is the increase of operation dependability of electric drill equipment by means of working out technical and organizational measures and means taking into account electrical energy quality subject to minimum costs; methods of mathematical statistics and reliability theory, state space approach, methods of equations sets solution, mathematical analysis methods were used; theoretical results - for the first time an estimation method of integrated dependability indices was proposed taking into account simple dependability measures and Weibull distribution law, and it gives an opportunity to estimate efficiency of dependability increasing measures for electrical equipment of drilling rig; qualitative analysis of fault causes is improved by working out in detail processing, informational and human factors taking into consideration service conditions and equipment operation features that allows to determine the potential of dependability increase; also mathematical model of dependability of electric drill power supply system is improved allowing us to forecast containment probability of different states of drilling rig; practical results - the proposed model allows to analyze emergency downtime and technological break time impact on quantitative dependability indices of drilling equipment, also it is determined effect of failure number on additional capital investment in well construction, insulation resistance control algorithm of electric drill current contact jaw was improved. Degree of implementation - the results introduced in the Prykarpattya drilling department, in the educational process at the department " Electrical power supply and electrical equipment " of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. Area (industry) of use - oil and gas.
