Anoprienko V. Infrastructural support of upgrading recreational zone in the region

The thesis has grounded theoretical and methodological foundations of regional infrastructure modernization of recreational area, the economic essence and the meaning of such notions as "recreational area", "recreational infrastructure" have been developed and such notions as "recreational product" has been substantiated as a new economic category. The principles of the investment in the development recreational infrastructure, covering the stages of investment sources search; attracting conditions for capital and investment process have been defined, the evaluation methodology of the investment attractiveness of the regions, taking into account the impacts of recreational areas has been improved. The methodology of upgrading recreational area in the region, which involves complex-investment and priority-investment mechanisms of recreational infrastructure has been developed.
