Essay

Dissertation Thesis deals with perfection of technology for micro corrugated board lamination by designing a new construction of gluing unit. The optimization of lamination process with regards to the technological parameters and regime factors has been performed. Obtained 3-D picture of mathematical model shows the optimal viscosity of glue and distance between gluing and pressing rollers of the designed laminating unit which ensure a maximum strength of laminated micro corrugated board.
