The dissertation is devoted to solution of current scientific and applied tasks of improvement the method of gas flow measuring with face nozzle using. The analysis of methods and measuring volume and volumetric gas flow by variable pressure drop and justifications directions of its improvement for the small gas flow with face nozzle using . Based on the mathematical and physical modeling and experimental studies examined patterns of the proposed integrated flow coefficients face nozzle devices, which is determined by the flow product of flow coefficient, expansion coefficient and space opening face nozzle device as a function of the Reynolds number, as well as design parameters face nozzle devices. The laws of expansion coefficient changes of the working environment in the measurement of flow with face nozzle devices and improved methodology transfer unit volume and volumetric flow of gas under the conditions of their operation when changing the type of work environment. Conducted measurement analysis measuring natural gas consumption by fece nozzle devices as primary transducers and conducted testing of their application in the diagnosis of household gas meters on site.
