Essay

The developed method of calculation of two-axis stresses in the main pipelines includes: comparison between yield conditions using criteria of the relative energy of shape changes and the biggest tangent stresses, calculations of the local component, alternate rotation of the magnetic vector in accordance to the directions of main platforms. Methods of including to the calculation data about local and overall magnetic inhomogenity were developed and described. Magnetic converter was designed together with the method of data processing for definition the phase-shifts not multiple to 180 in the signal, generated by the converter. A flexible system for evaluation of stress state in the main pipelines was designed.
