The thesis resolved the scientific and technical task of improving tool life of сBN by providing vibration resistance during processing, which is achieved by increasing the damping characteristics of the tool through the use of its design elements from materials with high damping properties, reducing the level of fluctuations, reduce the roughness of the machined surface and increase the resistance of inserts for turning of hardened steels
