The dissertation is devoted to solve scientific and technical problems in efficiency improving of finishing diamond and abrasive processing of the optical glass and natural stone by the way of using the grinding and polishing device with system of processed sur-face monitoring and the tool of a special design which provide reduction of the processing time and improvement of quality of the processed surfaces.
