Essay

The object of study is the flow and effectiveness of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) of the men and women of different age groups; the goal is to prove the gender and age characteristics of the disease, to find out the evolution of juvenile AS, determine the changes of adsorption and rheological properties of blood (ARSK) in diseased women and men of different age groups, establish age and sex dimorphism of the effectiveness of treatment of the disease; the methods is clinical, radiographic, densitometric, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, spirographic, physical-chemical and statistical methods; novelty and results is the first complex study of bone and articular symptoms of passing of AS separately for men and women of different age groups, with the help of X-ray, X-ray densitometric and sonographic techniques, identified systemic manifestations of the disease, which were investigated in the presence of the AS ARSK, including those based on gender and age of the patient, analyzed by gender and age characteristics of the overall effectiveness of the treatment and individual therapies, identified criterions of evaluating the nature of the disease, predict it, and the effectiveness of remedial measures, developed optimal therapies AS depending on age and sex dimorphism of the pathological process; implemented to the practice of rheumatology department of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association, Luhansk regional hospital, in therapeutic clinics SI "Institute of Urgent and Reconstructive Surgery", Donetsk National Medical University, Vinnitsa National Medical University, scientific-practical medical center of Kharkiv National Medical University, and in the educational process of Donetsk National Medical University; the sphere of application is clinical processes and rheumatologic medical departments, scientific and pedagogical processes departments of therapeutic medical schools.
