Essay

Object of study: association and aggregation of organic reagents (OR) with cationics polyelectrolytes (cPE). Objective: to develop new effective, sensitive and reproducible spectrophotometric methods of determination of cPE based on establishing patterns of their interaction with OR in aqueous solutions. Methods: spectrophotometric, turbidimetric, conductometric, refractometric, potentiometric and computer simulation. Results: the extreme points on the curve of the optical density of concentration cPE are revealed by spectrophotometric method; the extreme points are corresponded to concentration areas of analytical reagents for polycations; results are confirmed by turbidimetric, conductometric, refractometric and potentiometric methods; visualization of associates and aggregates OR-cPE is conducted by computer simulation; the proposed method of spectrophotometric determination of cPE with organic reagents in aqueous solution taking into account the extreme points and between extreme areas that greatly reduce the systematic error of the polymer. Scientific novelty: to the study of analytical effects caused by specific interparticle interactions in the system of OR-cPE; principally new methods for determination cPE with OR offered. The results introduced in trial research center food SE "Dneprstandartmetrolohia" and in the educational process Dnepropetrovsk National University of Oles Gonchar. The results of the thesis are of interest to specialists in the field of analytical, physical, colloid and macromolecular chemistry.
