Goptsiy D. Methodological support for the evaluation of the development of towns of regional significance (by the example of the administrative centers of Kharkiv region)

Research object: development of cities of regional value. Research purpose: theoretical generalization and development of scientific-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of estimation of development of cities of regional value - administrative centers of districts. Research methods: logical generalization, analysis of the systems, synthesis and comparison; economic statistical; index calculation; cluster analysis and economic mathematical design. Theoretical results consist in deepening and improvement of scientific-theoretical positions in relation to understanding of development of city in the conditions of transformation economy. The practical value of research consists in development of the methodical providing of complex estimation of development of cities of regional value application of which allows to get a necessary empiric base for creation of the programs of economic, ecological and social development on city and regional levels. Drawn on research results in activity: Main administration of economy of Kharkov regional state administration; Main administration of the Statutory broker by land in the Kharkov area of the Statutory broker on the landed resources; Pervomaysk of city advice; Executive committee of Izyumsk of city advice Kharkov of area; in the educational process of the Kharkov national agrarian university the name of V.V. Dokuchaev of Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: understanding of essence of development of modern small and middle city is extended in the conditions of transformation economy. Maintenance of tool of providing of development of modern city is specified. World experience is generalized in relation to keeping of settlements. The estimation of resource potential of cities of regional value is carried out and the receptions of receipt of estimation of their economic and social development are certain. The methods of estimation of the use of the landed fund of cities of regional value are offered and the territorial going is grounded near the estimation of terms of their development. The methodical providing of estimation of results of development of cities of regional value is improved. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations and city advices; Main administrations of the Sovereign committee of landed agenstvo in areas; scientific establishments and higher educational establishments.
