Object of research - tubulo-interstitial changes in patients with primary proliferative glomerulonephritis. A research objective: to determine the prognostic criteria informative progression of primary proliferative glomerulonephritis by examining the characteristic pathological and immunohistochemical features of tubulo-interstitial changes and morphological analysis. Research methods - pathohistologic, histochemical, immunohistochemical, morphometric, statistical processing of results. Novelty: the first time a morphological criteria for differentiation of active and chronic tubulo-interstitial changes in the kidneys and separated immunohistochemical criteria for active and chronic process. Results: determined that at mesangioproliferative and mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis in stroma and epithelium of the injured ducts more frequent matter expression of a vimentin, a- smoothmuscle actin, desmin. a- smoothmuscle actin correlated with signs of chronicity (r = 0,35, p <0,05) and sclerotic changes (r = 0,43, p <0,05). Introduced in clinical practice "into practice of Department of Pediatric pathology NDSL "Okhmatdyt", Kyiv, Department of Pathology and Department of Nephrology of Donetsk Regional Clinic. The results are used for educational Donetsk National Medical University named after Gorky, National Medical Academy named after PLShupyk, Bogomolets National Medical University, Zaporozhye state medical university. Area of application: medicine (pathological anatomy).
