Bondareva O. Regulation of managerial activity at the coal mining enterprises of the region: the problems and the ways of their solution

The object of study: the processes of management activity at the regional coal mining enterprises taking into account a wide range of factors. The aim of study: the theoretical grounding of methods of implementation of management activity regulation at the regional coal mining enterprises. Methods of study: method of economic analysis; the rating assessment; mathematical methods of modeling. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the theoretical terms outlined in the present scientific work were brought to the level of specific practical techniques and guidelines that are aimed onto the improving of diagnosis of the coal mining enterprises focused on the establishment of priority of the investment policy regarding the effectively functioning, potentially profitable and closing unpromising enterprises. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when a universal matrix model of diagnostics of the coal mining enterprises taking into account the influence of various factors were developed. Were implemented: the methodical approach to the evaluation of regional coal mining enterprises for the management decisions making regarding the future development of these enterprises. Further developments have got: the grounding of the selection and formation of the system of indicators and indices which characterize the management activities at the coal mining enterprises; the methodological principles of diagnosis of the coal mining enterprises activity regarding the decision-making in the sphere of regulation of the management activity.
