A research object is a process of measuring of gas expense on the estimations of entropy of noises of the begun to whirl stream; a research aim is development of method and creation on his basis of the informatively-measuring system (ІMS) of gas expense on the estimations of entropy of noises of the begun to whirl stream; research methods are an information theory, spectral and statistical analysis, digital working of signals, mathematical design in a calculable experiment and measuring; novelty - the method of forming and working of broadband measuring signals with variable entropy, that is generated at flowing around of reshaper by the stream of gas environment, in that, is first worked out, unlike the known methods, for determination of expense probabilistic descriptions are used, that allowed to remove dependence on the mode of motion of measuring environment and decrease influence of in determinant component signals on the result of measuring; results - pre-production model of transformer of expense on the entropy estimations of noises of the begun to whirl stream of gas environment, algorithmic and programmatic providing of facilities of working of informative signals for determination of expense on the estimations of entropy of noises of whirling stream of gas, ІMS of expense of gas environments for the standard setting; is inculcated in research works of the Research and project institute "Ukrnafta", Private higher educational establishment the "Galytska academy" and the Ivano-Frankivsk national technical university of oil and gas, separate results are passed ІIF "Tempo" for perfection of the system of the automated check of domestic meters of gas: pre-production models of transformers of by volume expense, working of casual informative signals software, system of measuring of by volume expense of gas software; a sphere is the informatively-measuring systems.
