Object of study: business communication of public servants, the aim: to prove and research the features of the effective public servants' business communication. Methods: analysis of sources, testing, data processing by means of statistics. Scientific originality: contextual characteristics of public servants' business communication forms were distinguished; specifics of their communicative peculiarities were identified.
