Essay

The thesis is focused the assurance of the unity and reliability of the measurements of heat flux surface density by contact measuring devices. For this aim the metrological equipment was created. It consists of the standard facility УВТ-1 and the standard heat flux sensors. Main factors that influence the exactness of heat flux sensor attestation at the different ways of thermal energy setting are analytically investigated. This allows optimization of the construction and functional elements of the standard facility and formulation of the practical recommendations on construction of standard heat flux sensor. Facility УВТ-1 is acknowledged suitable for use as standard measuring equipment according to the results of National metrological attestation. It is employed for attestation of working standards and working heat flux sensors of higher accuracy. These sensors were introduced in the aerospace industry. A hierarchy scheme for contact measuring equipment the heat flux surface density is worked out in Ukraine at first time. It sets the subordination of measuring devices which participate in the transferring of the measurement unit size of the heat flux surface density. A hierarchy scheme is the basis of national standard project.
