Essay

The object of investigation - the process of designing coaxial speeds of the machines with optimal weight and dimension characteristics. The aim of the study: to improve methods riznokryterialnoyi optimization coaxial speeds of the machines on the criteria of minimum center distance, length and weight with regard to load capacity of key elements. Methods: fundamental provisions of Mechanical Engineering and engineering, calculation gears endurance and strength overload, probing the possible parameter space design and narrowing its surroundings, classical methods of mathematical analysis, modern methods of software implementation of optimization algorithms. Theoretical and practical results: the technique and algorithm optimization coaxial speeds of the machines, which are based on the combination of multi-generation methods LPt sequences and restriction taking into account technical and technological requirements to drive. Scientific novelty: - were further developed functional relationships between geometries, design parameters and dimensions and weight characteristics - gained further development of the system constraints on the design variables - a first for coaxial design speeds of the machines with optimal design parameters were adapted sensing parameter space by means of a method LPt search - first proposed a multi-generation LPt sequences and its sum-tion of the method of narrowing a neighborhood - for the first time during the generation LPt sequences proposed replacing the sequence of logical operations. Degree of implementation: results of the thesis are introduced in the form of software, methods and recommendations LLC "Institute" Reducer "(Kyiv). Application area: roektuvannya coaxial speeds of the machines with optimal design parameters.
