Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of mathematical models of converter melting temperature. This thesis covers the following issues: development of methods and means of continuous monitoring of bath temperature converter during purging, development and study of a new approach to the development of mathematical models of converter temperature control bath, creating a model thermal management, covering all periods of melting based on a theoretical basis and development of methods for obtaining accurate and reliable information about the process and implementation of control systems referred to in the converter melting, the development of energy-efficient method of regulating afterburning of carbon monoxide by changing the intensity of the oxygen supply to the second tier, Development of a system of temperature control in the converter in the control system of converter smelting implements static, dynamic and closed management. Model and technical solutions for the system passes to the Company "Kiev Institute of Automation" i LLC TREI-Ukraine to implement respectively of "MK "Azovstal"" and PJSC "ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog."
