Savka B. Formation and development of logistics infrastructure of the regions of Ukraine

Research object: process of forming and development of logistic infrastructure of region. Purpose: development of theoretic-methodical and applied principles of forming and development of logistic infrastructure of region. Methods: system structural; spatial analysis; logical generalization; analysis and comparison; economic-statistical; strategic analysis; graphic; cartographic; programmatic-having a special purpose; method of «centre of gravity»; method of decision of task of «unique middle». Results: conceptual principles of ecological logistic are developed, as base principle of forming and development of regional logistic infrastructure, that foresee differentiated its structure after the objects of ecological destructive of the logistic loading in accordance with the structure of regional logistic chain; improved: table of contents of concepts «Logistic infrastructure of region» and «territorial organization of logistic infrastructure»; a construction is structural functional diagram of logistic infrastructure of region on the basis of approach of the systems; requirement to territorial organization of logistic infrastructure: multimodality of territorial organization of logistic infrastructure of region, closeness of objects of logistic infrastructure to the production and users, achievement of synergistic effect in the process of optimization of placing of objects of logistic infrastructure of region, rationality and efficiency, operation ability and flexibility of logistic chain, availability to the objects of logistic infrastructure of region, minimization of distances, ecofriendlyness; methodical going near an analysis and estimation of level of development of logistic infrastructure of regions of the state, which foresees the estimation of level of development of logistic infrastructure of regions and estimation of level of ecological destructive of the logistic loading in a region; types of base and functional strategies of development of logistic infrastructure of region; got subsequent development: organizational model of creation of regional logistic cluster; going near determination of the most advantageous placing of regional logistic centers taking into account the levels of the logistic loading of financial, transport streams, using the method of «decision of task of unique middle».
