Dubovenko M. Information technology of the Internet Addiction research among users of social networks

The thesis is dedicated to developing approaches, methods and information technology of the Internet Addiction research among users of social networks based on interaction with databases of social networks to research psychosocial sphere of users. There are developed approaches and information technology of the Internet Addiction research in social networks, a method of assessing the level of Internet addiction among users of social networks, the method of structuring users' psychological problems, the method of the personal data validity assessing among social networks users. Software complex developed and it consists of four modules: module of obtaining social indicators and assessing the validity of the personal data; psycho-diagnostic module; the module of obtaining data about psychological problems of social network users; module of user activity monitoring in the social network. This software complex is integrated in three social networks and allows to study Internet Addiction among their users. The results of the Internet Addiction study in social networks were shown and the effectiveness of the technology was proved.
