The thesis is dedicated to improving of the theoretical and applied principles of estimating of the resort region labor potential. The approach to determining the nature of the impact of regional characteristics on employment potential of resort region is elaborated which considers the conditions for the formation and implementation of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the able-bodied population, the specific operation of recreational services, their diversity and level of infrastructure development of hospitality.
