The thesis is devoted to developing the theoretical and methodological framework and practical guidelines for the formation and functioning of economic mechanisms for the development of integrated production and marketing structures in agriculture in the region. The concept of organizational-economic mechanism for the creation of business associations holding pattern in the agricultural sector of the region, of which the algorithm takes into account the potential of the region to create a competitive advantage in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors at the conditions of the determinant factors of production.
