Essay

Object of study - of the formation of self-shielded flux-cored wire pressed for welding of copper and its alloys, and regulation of its weldability. Purpose robots - is the development of self-shielded flux-cored wire for pressure-welding heat-exchange structures of copper and its alloys, which provides higher performance properties of welded joints compared to the existing by reducing non-metallic inclusions and gas saturation of the weld metal with increased productivity. Research methods - the main task of deciding analytical and experimental methods, the theory of welding processes, metallurgy, welding processes, the theory of drawing, materials, matematichesskogo analysis. Experimental Research Projects in laboratory and industrial applications, in determining the welding - tehnologichesskih characteristics developed cored wire, physical - mehanichesskih characteristics of the weld metal and it himichesskogo composition. Novelty: found out and grounded impact gazoshlakoobrazuyuschih components and deoxidizing in the wire to the minimum gas content of the weld metal at different degrees of compression cored wire, first developed and optimized structure of self-shielded flux-cored wire for welding of copper, made by molding, and the degree of reduction, the influence of pressure-cored wire to form its macrostructure, providing uniformity of melting; developed a method of hot isostatic pressing cored wire provides its production without discontinuities along the generator, first developed a one-dimensional mathematical model of compression molded cored wire, which allows for the calculation of local and integral indicators, as well as computer-aided design methodology Pressed powder compaction process wire round pass, the first to investigate the influence of the developed design of pressed powder wires on the chemical and structural homogeneity of the weld metal, the size and composition of the inclusions. Results: The technological process of manufacturing self-shielded flux-cored wire molded and composition for welding heat-exchange structures of copper, providing high performance welding process due to the large diameter of the wire, uniform melting, chemical and structural homogeneity of the weld metal and high performance properties of welded joints. Field-tested in the development of PAT "NKMZ" confirmed the suitability for use in production.
