Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of influence of fresh gasoline - ethanol mixture charge heating on combustion indices, thermodynamic parameters of the working fluid, ecological, fuel economic and power indices of internal combustion engines. Mathematical calculation model of burning process during the power stroke of internal combustion engines considering engine work on conventional gasoline and gasoline-ethanol mixtures was made more precise. For the first time it suggested method of burnt fuel part calculation in respect of symbolic combustion end, and also empirical dependence for determination of heat capacity relations the working fluid of gasoline internal combustion engines. Model identity was checked - disparity between main parameters is not more than 10%. Bench tests of MeMZ-245 were held regarding influence of additional fresh charge heating on main indices during gasoline-ethanol mixture supply. Dependence for determination of additional fresh charge heating on hour gasoline-ethanol consumption was established. Road tests of ZAZ-110307 "Slavuta" were held having corroborated the influence of fresh gasoline-ethanol mixture charge heating on fuel economy.
