Morozova I. Formation of regional competitiveness: structural and institutional aspect

The object of study: the processes of socio-economic development of Ukraine, under conditions of market-institutional transformation of the national economy and have a significant competitive nature of the interaction, the purpose of the research: theoretical and methodological grounding and structural and institutional framework of regional competitiveness, the development of practical recommendations for strategic trends shaping and enhancing regional competitiveness; Methods: theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, statistical and technical-economic analysis, theoretical and practical results: Methodology favorable choice for regional competitiveness institutional environment, improved interpretation of vertical structural levels forming competitiveness; interpretation of the definition of "competitiveness " concerning the region, methodical approaches to the selection of socio-economic factors and conditions to stimulate institutional support for regional competitiveness, organizational principles, the algorithm institutional support clustering in regions justification toolkit methodical means of assessing the competitiveness of the region and its components, identifying strategic directions realization of the potential competitive advantages of the institutional environment, the degree of implementation: developing embedded in the activities of the Economic Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, CSTU.
