Object of research: building capacity of land resources in the region and economic relations arising during its use in market conditions, the purpose of the research: study of theoretical and methodological principles of building capacity of land resources in the region and develop recommendations for its effective use; Methods: abstraction , analysis and synthesis, historical and logical approaches and others, theoretical and practical results: improved methodological approaches to disclosure of the nature and content of the concept of "land to agricultural use" factor analysis and selection of groups of factors that carry the greatest impact on the efficiency of land use in region, methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of multi-use land resources, the mechanism of land management in the region, the basic terms and conditions set formation and development of the land market in Ukraine's regions, approaches to determining the spatial distribution of land resources, the rationale of constructing models of regional land market, the degree of implementation : design implemented in practical activities of the Economic Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Department of State Committee in Vinnytsia region, universities VNAU.
