Voronkov O. Forming and development of thermal energy regional markets

The object of study: the process of functioning of regional power markets. The aim of study: the improvement and the development of theoretical approaches to the formation and growth of regional thermal power markets. Methods of study: systematic analysis; theoretical comparison and generalization; method of correlation and regression analysis; method of fuzzy logic; method of formalization. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the presented in the present thesis work theoretical principles, approaches and scientific research results were brought to the level of methodological provisions as for the formation and development of regional thermal power markets of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the concept of regional heat supply system as a separate economic category was defined. Were implemented: the approach to the forecasting of the demand onto the thermal power in the housing facilities stock of the region from the position of perspective of the residential space growth; the methodical approach to the management of the quality of thermal power supply under the conditions of formation and development of regional thermal power markets; the organizational structure of the regional thermal power markets; the methodical approach to the evaluation of the quality of performance of regional thermal power markets. Further developments have got: theoretical basis of competitive relationships creation under the terms of natural monopolies through the development of regional thermal power markets with a combined power supply system.
