Essay

In the thesis study conducted a comprehensive analysis of foreign policy doctrines of the ruling parties of Spain and the main directions of diplomatic activities of government offices, parliament, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the autonomy of the parliamentary monarchy in the last quarter of the twentieth century in the context of global change and establishing the new system of international relations. Correlations of state institutions in international relations, investigated the role and place of King Juan Carlos and in public administration foreign policy and diplomatic practice. The role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain in the organization and conduct of foreign policy, disclosed the impact of democratic reforms in the Spanish society for the further transformation of the foreign ministry. Particular attention is focused on the diplomatic practice of ministries of foreign affairs of the Kingdom. It covers the process of paradiplomacy of Spain, problems enter pan-European structure of the Spanish autonomies.
