The work is dedicated to the development and standardization of sedative pharmacological agent with extracts of valerian, lemon balm and glycine tablets. Pharmacological researches on models of neuromuscular stress by Selye experimentally reasonable value and the number of active pharmaceutical ingredients in combination with stressprotective effect: dry extract of valerian (200 mg), dry extract of lemon balm (25 mg) and glycine (75 mg).Using variance and regression analyzes creating of technology tablets with extracts of valerian, lemon balm and glycine, coated. A quality control procedures, defined conditions and shelf life of the developed tablets.
