Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the physical mechanisms of photoactivity of TiO2 thin films and nanocomposites, and especially its radiation stimulation under high-energy electron (Ee=1.8 MeV, doses 3-4 MGy) and ions (Ti+, Еі=140 kеV, fluenses 1X10^12–5X10^14 ion/сm2) irradiation. It was shown, that the sol-gel synthesis of ТіО2 thin films and nanocomposites accompanied by the formation of TiO2 nanoparticles in anatase phase. The radiation resistance of TiO2, ТіО2/Ag, TiO2/Au thin films at high-energy ion irradiation Ті+ and electrons was detected.
