Essay

Analysis of know method of waste oiled sorbents utilization was performed. The results of laboratory experiments on thermal neutralization of waste products are presented. Process of material heating to flash is analyzed. Division of total material flow into three fuel-flow of particles is described. Physical and mathematical model of incineration process in a rotary kiln oil separator is developed. Practical realization of waste oiled clay utilization technology is described. Pilot line was put into operation on oils & fats industrial complex of Ukraine is described. Comparison of calculated and experimental data for the waste oil and fat greasy clay Illichivsk plant in satisfactory agreement. The results and features of the thermal utilization line are analyzed.
