Balyukh O. Ecotoxicological monitoring of pesticides in legumes agrocenoses in the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine.

Object of research - ecotoxicology of chemical protection of soybean and lupine. The purpose - to conduct ecotoxicological study of pesticides used to protect soybean and lupine from pests in forest-steppe of Ukraine. Identify regularities of toxication of plants by fungicides and detoxification of pesticides in agrocenosis of soybean and lupine, to assess the degree of danger of pesticides and the risk of their application for the protection of soybeаn and lupine in the forest-steppe of Ukraine. Methods: field and laboratory experiments, statistical method. Scientific innovation - first held ecotoxicological monitoring of pesticides of different classes used in different ways in the agrocenosis of soybean and lupine. It is proved that the dipole moment is an integral parameter of physical-chemical and ecotoxicological properties of pesticides. It has been ascertained, that application of low polarity fungicides effect on the content of chlorophyll and activity of enzymes (peroxidase, catalase). According to agroecotoxicological index the risk of application of separate pesticides and also variants of chemical protection of soybean and lupine in the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine was appreciated.
