Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of growth kinetics of concentration inhomogeneities in alloys with underdimentional impurities under low-energy irradiation. Microscopic models were built with taken into account the dominant interstitial mass transfer mechanism; and concentration inhomogeneities were modeled spherical, cylindrical and plate-like forms. The change of the size of concentration inhomogeneities depending on characteristics of the exposure and concentration of the alloying element were investigated. It was detected oscillations of atoms impurities clusters size.
