The social and psychological premises of youth value and sense sphere deformation are analyzed at the dissertation. It is defined the criteria and empirical features of value and sense deformations which are based on understanding the normal development of value and sense sphere as that what is up to meet the person's inner sense, help his self-realization and self-accomplishment. The definition of a property requirement is formulated as resources need for subjective person's self-accomplishment in surrounding reality. It is empirically proved that increase of intensity of value and sense deformations correlates with increase of measure, duration and intensity of person's feeling the property requirement frustration.
