Essay

The mathematical model of flow of non-newtonian liquid is improved in dissertation work, by the account of dependence of rheological indexes of ash slurry from maintenance of hard phase. Dependence is worked out for determination of stalling transportation speed. Theoretical and experimental researches transportation processes of the concentrated ash slurry are conducted with the purpose of increase of efficiency of work of industrial hydrotransport systems of moving away of hearth bits and pieces. The methods of determination of power expenses are specified and complemented on the transport of the concentrated ashslag slurry, geometrical parameters of pipeline, selection type and amount of pumping equipment.
