Essay

Frequency and nature of atherosclerotic damage of different vascular systems (leg arteries, coronary and extracranial arteries) and condition of endothelial regulating function depending on the features of clinical and laboratory symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus, presence of atherosclerosis risk factors was determined in the thesis. Also efficiency of systemic lupus erythematosus treatment with statins was proved. It enabled developing of the risk stratification model and algorithm of early atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease diagnostic and justification rational tactics of statins use.
