Marchuk Y. Research of energy efficitncy increase of air conversion of natural gas under technological atmospheres production

The thesis is devoted to development of scientific and technical bases of creation of technologies and the equipment for manufacture of technological atmospheres (TA) with essentially reduced specific charges of power resources. Essentially new method is offered for energy-effective TA production - autothermal air conversion of natural gas (АAC) without heating initial substances. Results of work analysis of the traditional, serially released equipment (endogenerators) are adduced; unjustified overcharges in endogenerators are calculated under clauses of expenses. Results of the thermodynamic analysis, laboratory researches, technological and design development of process АAC and the equipment for its realization, production tests and introduction in manufacture of sintered metal-ceramic products in conditions of the working enterprise are adduced.
