The thesis is devoted to the development of sensitive elements of amperometric biosensors based on SiO2, nanomaterials and enzymes of oxidoreductases class for the determination of choline and sorbitol. The method of electrodeposition allows formation of stable uniform biocomposite films based on SiO2 and sorbitol dehydrogenase or choline oxidase on the surface of carbon and metal electrodes.
