Essay

The suggested model of the kinetics of nanoparticles. The mathematical model described by a system of nonlinear differential equations, including equation of compartments liver and kidneys. A method for finding approximate solutions of the model explicitly, which is demonstrated on a example of nanoparticles Quantum Dot 705. The robustness of the model input nanoparticles containing the nonlinearity associated with metabolic processes. Established equilibrium of two types, one of which corresponds to complete removal of nanoparticles from the body, the existence of another, as shown in this model - hasn't experimental confirmation. Constructed control to achieve the desired concentration in the defined location of the body. On the basis of principles and approaches to computer simulation and based on existing software that is used in pharmacokinetic studies suggested Web-integrated software environment that implements the basic physiologically-based mathematical model of the introduction of nanoparticles.
