Essay

In the dissertation we first consider the statement of the problem of guaranteed estimation of parameters of inhomogenuous Neumann boundary value problems (BVPs) for biharmonic and linear elasticity equations, whose solutions are defined up to the solutions of corresponding homogenuous BVPs and exist if and only if the right-hand sides of equations and boundary conditions which are entering into formulation of inhomogenuous Neumann problems satisfy the certain compatibility conditions.
