Essay

Dissertation deals with development of theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations in relation to the new decision of the scientific and applied task on development of productive forces and regional economy in the context of formalizing allocation effective management technology formation, capacity building and the use of strategic regional industrial complex of Ukraine under resource constraints. An algorithm has been developed for assuring the reliability of the innovative mechanism of management of development of the strategic potential of the regional industrial complexes.
