Zubenko A. Prioritizing industrial policy in the region

Research object: determination of priorities is in a regional industrial policy. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical positions that development scientifically of methodical and practical recommendations in relation to determination of priorities in the industrial policy of region. Research methods: logic analysis and synthesis; economic statistical and graphic, index, structural logical, abstractly-logical. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific and theoretical positions in relation to determination of priorities in the industrial policy of region. A practical value consists in development of scientific and methodical positions and recommendations, suitable for the practical use. Recommendations are utilized: By the ministry of economy of Ukraine; By the ministry of coal industry of Ukraine; By main administration of economy of Lugansk regional state administration; To main administrations of industry and development of infrastructure of Lugansk regional state administration; By main administration of statistics in the Lugansk area of the Statutory broker of statistics of Ukraine; By the management of economy of Lugansk city advice; Private Joint-stock Company "Reconstruction and building". Scientific novelty: understanding of essence of regional industrial policy is specified and the instruments of its forming and realization are systematized. World experience of forming of regional industrial policy is generalized and the tendencies of its realization are exposed in Ukraine. The receptions of analytical researches of results of regional industrial policy and determination of innovative activity of industrial enterprises are improved in a region. Determination of aims of regional industrial policy got further development and improved territorial going near determination of priorities and its strategic aims. The conceptual model of forming of industrial policy of region is offered. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations and departments of economy of city advices; management subjects; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
