Chichkan O. Regulation of regions’ economic development on the basis of assessment of their competitiveness

Object of the study is territorial holistic formation (regions) and processes, providing government regulation economic (firm) of the development region. Objective of study is development theorist-methodical positions and practical recommendation on regulation of the economic development region on base of the estimation to their competitiveness. Methods of research are in abstract-logical, system analysis, structured-functional, economic and mathematical, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation theoretical basis and methodical approach to estimation of competitiveness of the regional economic systems; practical recommendations comparatively quantitative and qualitative estimation to competitiveness of the region. Novelty is deepening theorist-methodical positions and introduction practical recommendation on estimation of competitiveness region for regulation their social-economic development. Degree of the introduction by Dniprodzerzhinskiy city council, Main governing the economy Dnspropetrovska regional state administration, Donetsk regional state administration. Sphere of use is regional organ of management.
