Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of mathematical models of radiating dielectric structures with double periodicity to be used in the analysis of electromagnetic field spatial distribution. The method of Professor Chaplin was used for constructing the mathematical models of the spatial distribution of the field excited by a threadlike source in the presence of a dielectric plate with a double periodicity. The influence of the design parameters of a plane periodic dielectric plate on the spatial distribution of the field excited by a threadlike source was examined.
