Deliatin O. Clinicopathologic value of the impairments of rheologic properties of blood serum in patients with psoriatic arthritis

The object of the research is the rheological properties of blood (RPB) at psoriatic arthritis (PA); the purpose - the definition of clinical and pathogenetic value of violations RPB at PA, improved diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease process in these patients; methods - clinical, roentgenological, ultrasonographical, physico-chemical, biochemical, statistical, the novelty and results - for the first time in healthy subjects and patients with various forms of skin psoriasis and PA, depending on their age and sex determined state of adsorption and rheological properties of blood serum, have established that the level of protein-lipid surfactants, and the pathogenetic role of changes RPB, set the initial state of the significance of the RPB in the efficiency of treatment of PA and dynamics parameters during pathogenetic therapy, developed on basis of medical technology management pathogenetic treatment with justification destination polyenzyme systemic enzyme mixtures and phosphogliv, identified prognostic criteria for the evaluation of course pathological process and the efficiency of treatment of the disease; introductions were executed: in clinical practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in Donetsk region skin-venerologic dispensaries, to the therapeutic clinic of SO "Institute of the urgent and restorative surgery named after V. K. Gusak NAMS of Ukraine", in the Donetsk City Clinical Hospital № 6, and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named after M. Gorki, Kharkov national medical university, Dnepropetrovsk medical academy of MH of Ukraine; an application region is: treatment-diagnostic process of the rheumatological, therapeutic, dermatological departments, scientific and pedagogical processes of the departments of the therapeutic type of medical educational establishments.
